Almost 1.2M for semi-D in Alma? Over priced boh? Wonder how much is the profit margin for developer?
Really? 1.2m? This is Bukit Mertajam not Penang Island! Why are the developers are so greedy?
BM Lang, you go and ask your contractor to quote you lah, build one 3-storey semi-D from scratch, see how much he will charge you. Then you calculate land cost lah, agak agak maybe RM150/sqft. Then you come and tell how much.
Building a unit vs. a residence project is with diff cost…. can’t just compare in such a way…
I agree with you, Baisu. It’s different. But I just want them to have a feel of it, not talking about exact numbers.

Beside Jln Rozhan, but cannot not see from its roadside, have to go inside. Near Taman Selesa, Selasa Ria. Near the new WHH shoplots. Probably will get the same Taman name when completed. Really big house even observed from outside.
Just went to their showroom. Very big space and nice. Although lowest price start from 1.2m above. I can see still have people put deposit and buy!! Quite a lot round green sticker pasted. Wow … rich rich …..

Hi. I am interested this project. However the price is over RM1.18bil, which in BM area. Is it value for investment?
Rm1.2mil might not be achievable for normal executive level, but to a businessman, it just small amount..
