Landed, 2 weeks ago wellesley townhouse, rm 460k ,1600sf translate into rm275 psf. 6 weeks ago, pengasus residence DST rm510k 2000sf, translate into rm 260 psf. Alot of empty land at mainland. Just need to wait, no need to buy apartment in hurry. Apartment u can get it cheap subsale in future when economy crisis, coz alot flipper n lack of demand compare with landed and u can see new apartment keep on launching, it is good sign, apartment is high risk investment

The Condo is low density, some more can get two way sunlight because the design is from left to right only, more then 70% is sold out now.

you very “tua pao shen” 70% sold? you must be joking!!!!!!!! plenty of landed DST between RM 400k-RM 500k, why must choose this one???? Surrounding BM area, there are a lot of condominium are below RM 400k, why this???? please do more research about it.

frankly speaking, do you think the “sold out” info paste on the developer’s office main board is trustable? I am not challenging anybody but when i visited most sites, always see most units are “sold out”, just curious.

Is there any unit still available? How is the construction progression of the condo? Some said the construction is kinda slow will it be a flop due to economic downturn?
If you are in doubts whether to buy or not, better make decision don’t buy.
I think is easy access to primary school of SJKC kim sen…. not beng teik…. and there also have food court and others…. ease burden…..
