What if we got the ballot, but loan rejected by bank? Can anyone advise on this?
loan rejected by bank, most easy solution is buy using cash lo, or borrow from Ah long…
Do u get loan from loan shark to finance a property? If yes, congrats, if don’t, cut the crap pls, I’m here to get serious advise, thanks in adv.

The reason you’re getting crappy answer from HMC is because you’re asking a crappy question…..:) There’s pretty much nothing you can do if you can’t get financing from a bank. We have to be careful not to step into the “sub-prime” trap that US fell into some years back – lending to borrowers who have questionable credit backgrounds…..:)

What I mean is, can we just simply ignore and drop the ballot since we can’t get our mortgage, will gov have any enforcement towards those successful ballot?
