There is so much house cheap sell at Taman impian.
Semi-D with GNG > 700k is not a surprise to me, it is expected, but still need to look for the land size and build size before further comment.

Taman Impian is another level la if compare to DNP and WHH project in that area. Now plus The Glades, happy to see that area transform to medium and high end residence area.
Down side is only Saujana Indah. Hopefully Saujana Indah can become better after DNP improve the drainage system.

Design is nice but the selling price is much more higher than what admin posted here. The cheapest semi-d (only 4 units) is tag on 800k after rebate and developer only bearing SNP legal fee! So the upfront payment is more than 70k.
Internal road is designed for one way only in 30ft width. The first house owner have to make a big circle turn to go out every time. Nice???

How about the cheapest price (zero lot)? I expects Semi D is more expensive than zero lot.
Semi d is cheaper Rm20K then zero lot, if my memory serve me right.

Monthly maintenance RM300+ so i heard.
The maintenance is RM340 and it based on land area but not build area.
