I went to the construction site last week. The developer built show houses for both the semi d and terrace units. It is gorgeous! The design is modern. The workmanship is good. They uses johnson suisse for the equipments inside the toilets and bathrooms. They uses red fire bricks. That is a major plus point. Piping for airconditioning is done as a standard. The sliding doors are not the typical one you will see on any other houses. The locks and handles on those sliding doors are modern and quite fancy to be honest. Feel high end. Same goes with the doors and windows on that houses. The layout is spacious. The master bedroom is HUGE! The railing for the staircase is glass. Looks posh.
What i don’t like is the use of anti climb fence. I prefer to have a solid concrete wall as a fence to separate between houses. It felt cheap with the use of anti climb fence. If the developer change that, it will improve the outlook a lot.
The area is predominantly malay. It’s ok to me. No dog poo. Which is good. Better hygiene. The area is surrounded by large mature trees. Create a beautiful foliage. Nice view.
Placed booking fees already…..
For terrace, the staircase design eat into living space. Not good.

red fire bricks? retail one brick 50 sen. cheapo stuff lah!
Quality lock sets and handles? less than RM1000 only you can replace all handles and locksets in your house to match that type of quality.
Why pay RM1.1 for this crap in Pauh Jaya? Stooopid!

I have to agree that the price is high and might be out of reach for many. Over the weekend, i had a chance to go and visit showhouses for Sunway Wellessley which was 5km or more from Taman Pauh Jaya. For a property worth RM1.2 million, Sunway uses sand brick as the material. Size and build up is smaller then Arcaria. Access out from the property area might be a challenge with heavy traffic. And that area is flood prone. It got me to think that Arcaria might not be a stupid buy at all….

There’s a vast development goin on in Penang Mainland especially in SPT (Seberang Perai Tengah). Remember, in buying properties; LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is the utmost importance. I think the location is good for me. Near to mydin, easy access to mosque, pacific mega mall, school… I think quite convenient.
Went to the site last week. Access roads are ready. Looks very nice. Location is good as well. Lucky to those who bought those units. Wish that I can afford one…..feeling jealous..

personally, i like this ppty and also scarlet villa. you may take a look since both are just next to each other. I almost bought the bungalow but just that my dad dislike the area and prefer raja uda.
what actually puzzled me was that this area is selling at a premium more expensive than raja uda area.
This contractor’s work very low class. Finished work for tiles also bad.
