I’m very disappointed with the developer. Promised to give OC by end June…only 3 days left. Can we sue the developer based on the letter they sent?
lol oc need approve by gov, u sue developer, then developer sue gov? need approve from many department, bomba, tnb, pba, mpsp…

Checked again with my agent, mistake. ..They mean mbsb already approved, but still need to wait official letter coming out..

I heard developer is finalizing selection of management company, this company will handle the necessary hand over process and handover the key. Currently only pending MPSP approval for OC. Any one know which management company developer appointed ? Is’t GE Tan

I was also told by the office that issuance of CCC will be this week. Notification will be sent to the purchasers soon after.
I notice that the building has been lit up since last Sat. Now I can see it from my current abode 13km away on the island.

agree… lobby is impressive.. so is the sky garden..heavy landscape. just worry whether the management company can do proper maintainance or not.
No doubt lobby is impressive. However the finishing of the house unit is bad. Many defects especially in the entrance door and kitchen. Also, the quality of the window seems not promising, You can feel that the windows handle may be broken anytime when got close the window.
I’ve collected my keys on 5 Sept, look ard d place, inspected my unit, fill up d defects list, met a few fellow owners, made a 2nd visit Sunday nite and overall I’m happy with my investment & I congratulate d developer for all the work done. All properties come with defects but this one to me are not that serious, in the forms of window & door handles, balcony railings, slight misaligned wardrobe & main door, etc all of which is easily rectified. I’m happy with the quality of the fittings given. The only major grouse I have is the misunderstanding between Council & developer with regards to naming the floors. Now everyone has “different” unit nos in their S&P and official docs which may pose a legal problem later. Anyway overall I am happy with this purchase. On my nite visit, I was really impressed when the lights came on, the whole condo highlighted in blue from top to bottom. The official handing over ceremony should continue with dinner at the grounds followed by a lights on extravaganza & maybe fireworks. That would be something. After all, the very distinctive Signature building is now an attractive permanent landmark in Jalan Baru. No regrets buying it though I may not be staying there.

strongly agree that all properties come with defects. for my unit, the defects are acceptable as well. regarding house no. its common that unit no and assessment no is difference, especially landed property.
I made another visit this morning, was at the maintenance office to collect my 2 access cards & happen to hear the first real grouse abt Signature. Apparently the ramps at the car park linking floor to floor is too steep & one guy complain that his car scrape bottom everytime he goes down one floor (& his car is not modified at all). That’s bad…. I was thinking of checking out my alloted car parks but I’m not doing that now till Management solved this problem.

This morning noticed my unit’s balcony railing has been cleaned, means they started on the defects list submitted earlier. Also saw workers jack-hammering the floor of the car-park exit ramp, hopefully mgmt is remedying the “too steep” exits in the car park mentioned previously.

A lot of ppl not affortable to buy landed houses then they go for condos.
Always keep in mind, house value is not base on the build up area, design or facilities. Its most depend on the land location, land square feet like Penang landed terres already become a million +.
Maybe u can say that stay in condos is more safety because nowadays burglary become very worst especially BM, BK, BT,Kulim & Taiping
