I think they are struggling. I visited their showroom 3 months back and the sale person told me there will be a new project launch (the lot behind the current showroom) in early October. But now already the end of October…. no news yet.
As for Woodsbury, senyaaaaaap saja.
Its normal action from the sales person. Coz the woodsbury project under progress already. Sure they will focus on the new projects. Can get more commission from the new one.

upon looking at harbour place , i found out that ocean view had the nicest view and it is seperate from the existing project , they all have nice view of the sea over looking penang island in the front row
However woodsbury seem to be far off inside and only tower A have a view of the island
Somehow i feel not so worth for all tower B buyer for having the building facing prai and with the building just beside the busy main road plus highest price in butterworth now
What you guy think ? And why do you buy anyway unit in tower B and what make you made that decision

I think only those from 20th floor above and those below, not really. As the sea is at the far left. My 2 cents.
I feel that Tower A facing Prai has the best view. Can have the Georgetown nice view.
Tower A view to the sea and georgetown will be nice but only 90 degree viewing toward georgetown and gurney drive , the view to penang bridge and qb will be block by tower b unless go on top of the observation deck but also will block certain angle to penang bridge due to its lower level than tower B
Tower b facing pool and main road will be facing sunway carnival area butterworth view , might not able to view sea from the window of unit i guess
Somehow i feel woodsbury build structure not really gaining toward magnificient sea view but as an overall city mix water , plus the port view is not that nice at day but night is ok …
Its not andaman sea , its jv selat melaka lol , plus the water in front jetty is very short distance,for someone who wan sea feeling u won get the feeling of absolute natural as it is not along seashore but futher deep inside the road

Don’t worry, u should able to. Anyway the residents can always spend some good time on the view deck on top, which is really relaxing. Based on my experience at Sea View Tower….

All, Woodsbury buyer, I just came back from the Sales office and felt I was either cheated or conned. I signed the S&P in 2014 and I was informed that there will be a shopping mall and will have sky link to the mall from Woodsbury. Also, there will be Swiss Inn be build there too. Now, today, I was informed by the Sales office that the PJD has merge with OSK or bought by OSK. OSK has changed the plan and scrapped the idea of the mall. No Swiss Inn hotel to be built as well. The land clearing that suppose to build shipping mall has now change to be cement factory, and eventually will be another condo. Hence, the further price that we have paid is no more valid and hence, is just another condo. We should get the justice from the developer. We did not sign on this type of transaction. I felt conned or cheated by PJD.
Hello Admin of this blog. We need justification for the change of plan, this will definitely spoilt the potential of this property. We want the original plan to be reinstated. I have filled up the feedback form in the sales office and have voiced my concern to the sales staff. I need your help to provide assistance here.
To backup my argument, I have photos of the original plan that have promised to me.

There is another suites similar to woodsbury by OSK. 2 towers, 32 and 32 level with 462 units and 7 retails. 500psf. No more mall and hotel. We really kena conned!
I’m their first condo owner. They just repeating what they did in the past. Last time they said “their old sales team over commit and they had fired them all”. OSK is there all the while, probably OSK was minor share holder. I don’t know. Anyway, they will still deliver your unit to you, no worry. The master plan thing, they has been consistently committing and changing even before that. Good luck! Remember, they still haven’t built their low cost house and any time can be next to your condo.

To all potential buyers,
I am a Woods bury owner, for this particular project, so far few things have been cut compared to what have been promised and shown in the brochure.
Such as, shopping mall, cross bridge/linked bridge , LCD screen and etc .
Previous PJD owners also said many things such as the promised college,a five star hotel and few other things
You judge yourself buy at your own risk .
For the purchasers info, there wont be LCD screen on the front of woodsbury as promised. There is some other dissatisfactions. Join the owner group to discuss further. We may file tribunal to ministry of housing n local government putrajaya on the matter later for our owners interest.

Make sure you check your management account once the project completed. The account may potentially begin with negative few hundred K because they developer may save a few hundred K and charge the management offices and other equipments’ cost to resident.

It is not an actual representation of what the developer is contractually obliged to deliver.
We are pleased to inform you, that the said LED TV screen will be replaced with louvres in a mix of vibrant colours. This replacement was necessitated in view of the traffic hazard that will be posed by the bright flashing lights of a LED TV screen to drivers passing through the main road in front of Woodsbury.
You may have read or heard of recent complaints posed by similar but smaller installations of LED TV screen along posts on the roads. We are concerned that drivers (or even passing pedestrians) may be temporarily blinded by flashes from the bright lights and moving images.
The louvres will also ensure, that the eight(8) floors of carpark bays are camouflaged in an attractive manner. You would soon see that the louvres adds as an attractive facade wall for Woodsbury’s development. And there is the plus point of it requiring low maintenance to upkeep.

1. Initially, PJD sales person convinced us the shop houses will be hold and not sold. They will rent out and control tenant quality.
But today, at the car park ballot, got to know it is sold.
2. The LED screen, they told us dangerous for cars, so they priority safety to public, will not have the LCD screen. Than why when sweet talk us to buy time did not prioritise buyer benefit?
3. Shopping mall Econsave, when i sign S&P in 2015, they told me Econsave only have few more years contract, i cannot remember exact years, and they plan to compensate and have a better mall, but today, i asked again, seems like no such plan….??
4. I asked about the cross bridge/linked bridge, they said those are only drawing, not in plan and tell me to logically look at the structure now , where to do the bridge? no place… make me feel so stupid for asking this question…but then again, if by looking at the structure built up right now I can tell got linked bridge or not, I would not have even look at your drawing years back since everything say or draw also will change by OSK…
5. 5 Star hotel… I think we will end up with 5 star homestay… staff say no announcement from top management yet… OMG..before sign S&P top management announce many things, after that, never announce anything…??
6. College at the empty land opposite Ocean View… NO MORE… so many years already.. now become car park… why not you just build a multi storey car park??? benefit us…the buyer who bought your words which was never actualised
7. The car park is by balloting and they claim fair ballot, but in actual fact, the sales person already call their priority buyers and told them to arrive sharp 10am and I do not know how, but those priority buyer eventually car park are at good floors. How I know? Well, I happen to be early and they thought I was also one of them, so they asked, which sales man called me and those who got pretty high floor looks very calm, when I approach them, they said someone will eventually settle eh, don’t worry.
I really wish to ask, OSK claim fair and transparent balloting, but is it true? And OSK claim their buyer complaint on allocation car park, and prefer balloting, IS THIS TRUE? OSK also claim no buyer complaint they do not want to ballot… well, if your priority buyer are happy, what else can we…the ordinary buyer do?

pity u guys, lucky first day soft launch I go eat only, 8%+3% rebate for early bird RM400 psf totally not worth, when ask about car park lot, once need ballot I direct wont cosider it, remember dont buy any cp ballot project or u will regret and sure gt high flr.

Stay inside few weeks. Both tower lifts stop operating twice (I mean all lifts). Really poor quality of lift from OSK.
Suspected water fall inside the lift area. Same problem as Wellesley?

The new JMB formed but management company did not change. I wonder what makes them keep the same management company. Heard they change security and cleaning for cheaper price, so the management company same means it is cheapest in the market?
The security is very friendly and helpful. I purchase electrical appliance from one big shop, they send and do everything without kacau from security. The shop i buy from, when i pay and give address, they is happy to hear woodsbury. Easy to go in and work compare to other condo. Good job security! My renovation also no kacau. All complete. I think although cheaper security but better as dont kacau me.

my contractor need to carry grill to 20 floor because big contractor lift down for weeks. the security so good let him in many times only find out lift tak boleh pakai. security also say tak tau ini management dan JMB buat apa. But security are new guy, just start in June so they feel sorry to me… this is very bad

I am about to purchase a 750 sq ft on higher floor, not sure which bank will gv the exact 100% value as per s&p, but i heard Public and Affin can. Havent try yet but soon.
I am already staying here for more than few months, and its my worst experience staying in an apartment ever. Its not because the place is not nice, its very nice but its just because of their management. They handle everything in the worst, stupid, messy way possible. In short, they only care about the appearance of the the building. If you ever visit the place, you will know. I saw more than 10 to 15 workers for that. Even they clean the roads outside of the building. BECAUSE they want to show off the building for sales, but they don’t care even a little bit about the people who are already own the place or staying here, landlords or tenets no difference. One you buy, bye bye.
Its a shame when all the expenses bare by landlords. Really disappointed about the OSK. Conclusions, don’t buy or rent an apartment here, at least not with this management. Price is going to drop soon.

Recently developer is pushing the largest unit 1250 sq ft at 488k fully furnished which is very very cheap . but do take note that the monthly maintenance plus sinking is around RM 450 as at now . Not to mention this is commercial building , higher cukai pintu .
Recently , the developer is pushing the remaining units so desperately until using own money to fix the tiles at entrance even though the tile warranty period is already over. Legendary developer. Up to now , the shitty s@ny0 lift vendor problem and issue not resolved and the master strata title yet to received . Good luck if you want to buy this property .
If I had money , I will choose Luminari over Woodsbury . Why ? At least luminari already get the master title and the owners are busy getting the title transferred to themselves . Earlier projects like Woodsbury is like the abandoned child from OSK or called PJD last time . Now osk is quietly selling 453K only for the 1250 sq ft which translates to Rm 360 per square ft only , so cheap. Even those people who bought in 2013 (soft launch) was getting the cheapest price at Rm 420 per square ft . Think carefully .
Just received the cukai from MPSP for the 2021 , let me calculate for you if you have bought the 1250 or 2250 sq ft from the famous developer , how much you are paying for a month :
1250 sq ft
1) monthly maintenance : RM 450 per month , RM5400 per year . Even you pay cash for RM453K , you need to pay RM 450 every month until you die , your child inheriting also need to pay until he or she is dead . RM 450 monthly is subjected to review every year.
2) Cukai from MPSP
RM 70 per month . RM 70 per month is subjected to review every by the local council.
2250 sqft
1) monthly maintenance : RM 800 per month , RM 9600 per year . Even you pay cash for RM 883 K , you need to pay RM 800 every month until you die , your child inheriting also need to pay until he or she is dead . RM 800 monthly is subjected to review every year.
2) Cukai from MPSP
RM 112 per month . RM 112 per month is subjected to review every by the local council.
in short , if you have 1250 sqft , you need to pay RM 500 per month even if you dont have loan.
if you have 2250 sqft, you need to pat RM 950 per month even if you dont have loan.
Still want to buy from the developer for the remaining units ? wish you best of luck.
