    This shows it is still possible to build condos for RM260psf in Malaysia today, in spite of all the hoohaas developers are making about material cost. So for those developers selling at RM1000+ psf, they must be making a super big fortune!

    OK, some say you can’t blame the developers as businesses will always maximize profit whenever they can. FAIR. They will keep taking advantage of the demand from foreigners as long as there is no intervention from land authority. More and more locals will get priced out of choice locations in their own home land as the prices go up due to foreign buying with US/Euro/SG dollars.

    all 1400sf sold out (only 10 units), now only available 1712sf units which over RM445k per unit. According to sales person, maintainance cost is Rm0.12 psf. Location is so so for me, narrow access road (pass thru medium cost Ria Apt).

    what the hell!!!! just posted on 2nd May not yet launching but already sold out on the same day!!! really sucks leh…. like this no need to advertise leh…. just build diam diam since already got buyer in hand…. damm it the developer!!!

    @MK my friend stay in Pangsapuri Widuri, the prayer noise from the mosque mainly at early morning about 5:50am & at evening about 7:30pm, it happen everyday !! And on Friday, extra noise is at afternoon 1-2pm.

    Personally think the location is not suit to me. Surrounding quiet and dark at nite time. BTW, I do not see Taman Mesra Permai II project mention here ?!

    The drawing is totally mislead buyer i would say. Go to see the surrounding before u pay deposit.
