How much is the double storey and also the triple storey…..Any one have info?

Just heard that double storey RM550 and triple storey RM650… without DIBS, stamp duty absorbtion…..all paid by buyer…….

Heard that it is quite far from the international school…. even the bus depot is 0.5km away….. and furthermore is surrounded by kampongs……decide wisely

Pulau Tikus and along Thean Teik Highway, just to name 2 areas.

From my view, I think Beryl Garden is in good location among the projects in Balik Pulau. Walking distance to all amenities such as wet market, school and Balik Pulau Town(Shops). This should be the reason why the developer not absorb the DIBS and stamp duty. Furthermore, Beryl Garden also a short drive to Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone and Ayer Itam. Must be another hot cake project.
