Just back fr the lauch. Only left 7 to 8 units and guess will be snapped up by today. Price ranges from 310++ to 380++. Is it worth paying this much for this location? Location is surrounded by kampung and low cost flats..

This is a 15 storey building. If bought higher floor unit we can see air-craft flying crossing everyday if we open window & sit in front window.

To all Orange3 buyer, pls read OV1 forum to understand the Severe Quality problem for OV1. I am showing you all how to file complain to Tribunal Pembeli Rumah !!

anyone have update about Orange Regency Project (location at Jalan Ong Yi How)? I have place deposit on Feb’2014. Until today the developer still not ready to sign S&P with buyer due to cant get license approval from federal government…..Already waiting for 15 months and the developer still cant give an answer when can sign the S&P and start the project….

WOW, Rm 500 K ? Might as well buy 2100 sqft low density Nautical Bay. I think Orange 3 owners are going to release a lot of units soon, because that triangle shaped piece of land south of Orange 3 is being cleared of wooden houses, so better sell before Orange 3 ‘s seaview disappears.
