So much development, great! But will there any development on the road? Traffic is hell especially peak hour (dinner hour). Have to do a lot improvement on that if wanna have a great Mall here.

The Avenue Mall sounds great! But this will further make the Raja Uda main street congested, probably need a fly over or sky bridge. Anyway, this mall is going to be a success one. Not the one like Penang Times Square, after open for so many years, still can’t perform (really surprised me when I visited there early 2013, on Saturday 5pm, the food court is empty and shoppers were very less), and now, heard that sunshine city at Times Square are moving out after CNY.
this mall is bound for success….if its being planned & maintained properly! the only viable competitor is sunway carnival….mainland folks can spend less time travelling to island for QB or Gurney…
How much the selling price? launch ald?

avenue square or avenue mall?
Compare from the actual site plan to layout above, look like the whole field. Might be both avenue SQ & mall start together. This is good site for boot the house cost in sungai puyu, bajan agam, raja uda. We still have a coming shopping mall (avenue, Big Mall jalan Baru & tesco in bajan ajam)

Very poor customer service and very rude front desk.The lady whom work as front desk at Raja uda office yelled at us like she is the owner of the company and as well as very rude man whom dress like a contractor man.All we want is they fix the piping system as they promised to.Highly not recommended.Not able to deliver what they promise.If you ever consider their project,do yourself a favour,looks somewhere else.
