The design now is higher (3 storey) but shorter (<70ft), and the price is keep increasing. It is hard to find new double storey project in prime area already.

now alma is more better that bm..this is what i think so.

I went to the site last Sunday. The pilling is in progress. Just behind jit sing privte school. Good location. I have checked with the sales person. Not much unit left. Now show house in progress. Once completed, official launching will take place.

The developer has increased the price of 3S teres from $588k to $618k. Early bird got $20k rebate. I missed the chance to make $50k profit just after few month of pre-launch.

I think worth to have one! Now very hard to get new landed property even in mainland with less than 600k for 3 storey! I will go to see first! Sounds interesting!
When people desperate, they really dont care the house is beside railway, incinerator, chicken farm, HTC, cemetery, airport or whatever not nice to stay.

been here yesterday..ask the sales person terrace around RM750k ++, semiD RM850k ++
still got unit..OC obtain already…the terrance show house unit bought already..go to their semiD show house.. the ceiling at staircase a bit low. a big yard at the back probably a plus.
but with this price, i probably will choose either Sunway Wellesly or Scarlet Villa.

Don’t misleading the reader over here. I just went to the showroom yesterday. Now got promotion package rebate of RM100K. The standard unit 3 storey terrace starting with RM638K. With this price some more oc obtained, I can say is quite reasonable price d. Just wondering the bank loan can be approve as now the banker has tightening the loan application.

We could start the community group chat here. I’m planning to purchase a unit cos reasonable price and ready move in unit. Furthermore, many amenities which very nearby without disturbing the access (Provided my housing loan can approve la).
