tactic by developer to sell units faster..if they tell u still got 10 units left, u will take time to consider this and that..

Hi yk, This 2nd phase only 14 super semi-d, 2 bungalows. Since the 1st phase already fully sold out, what are the worry for developer? Been to Gemilang Permai b4, i think non-gated still mostly preferred by rich ppl.

Since this project mostly cater for richest group of ppl, i dont think there is unit to let go. Frm insider info, most of the owners for this project are the ppl upgrade frm standard semi-d to this Super Semi-d.
