Vivi, as long you think your information is true then its fine. I think subsequent this developer also revise up its selling price? Anyhow, it may be a yes and no to me, bcuz i find it a bit odd for a 1st hand buyer to hold it this long and let go at this price? or chances are the unit is at lower floor kut and with not so favoring facing? many possibilities, who know?
let’s see it from positive angle is that at least the unit change hand to a much stronger financially owner who can secure a housing loan now (compare to last time) and also there is still demand for the project.
This is gonna my new home upon its completion, and hope not to see many investor around.

In summary, with “The Clovers” + “Mpire Residences” + “A Sanctuary Within A City”, I believe this area in Sungai Ara will be very congested in the future…..We may request to have LRT soon!

Very impressive. Got giant LED trees, and the rooftop also got beautiful LED decoration light.
i actually didn’t expect much from AGG but the overall concept and design are pretty impressive and something i would see in Bangkok or Singapore! very diff from all the typical design of the condo here, very boring and nothing special! glad i buy it on early bird haha! only 700k and feel like i’m buying million condo 😀

AG allocate me a tandem parking. WTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! level 21, still not consider high floor, hence by chance they allocate knn tandem car park. technically it is a 2 lot car park, in actual fact u need to get out before another car can park in or out.
after all booking the unit i booked for so long and subsequently due to the stupid change of plan and bla bla bla for higher unit price, ended up still treat buyer like kns.

Yes you are right but if not mistaken is for Type A and B.
The two other project in Penang that I know having own private lift is Setia V residence and The Cove.
However, those two project is out of my financial capability.
For an RM480psf unit that comes with two private lift. Really win liao!!!
Cannot find in Penang already because it is like living the luxury lifestyle at an affordable price.
A Civic gets you to location A with 4 wheels, 4 doors, Airconditioning and 120kmph, so does a Mercedes ^_^

@cardevect, million dollar condo do not attached with affordable unit and comes with high density units.
The reason why I like this project is that it is not along the main road like many others development surrounding that area.
It is in between Jalan Tun Dr. Awang and Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim so that is is not so noisy, yet with the easy connectivity and amenities which is nearby.
This is not government affordable house?

I went over to my friends’ house also last year completed but facing problem on his lift too.
Anyway still under developer liability period.
As a local developer, they seem to be ok.

Err, the clover is ok? You sure?
1) The pool is leaking to the car park.
2) The layout is like so poor, sharp corner everywhere, you can hardly do a proper design
3) The entrance is always spoilt
4) Lift always got issue
5) paint is uneven and you can feel that it is really cheap workmanship
6) Facility is below par, you can visit there and see for yourself
7) The so called private lift is actually not really a private lift, it does open directly at your unit but a real private lift means no sharing. In this case, you are actually still sharing the lift in a high density environment.
8) I can assure you that most good comments about this “luxury” condo, good developers, good location is actually the developer or agents.
Lastly, you can see that there are still a lot of empty unit by developers and a lot of sellers desperately wanted to get rid of this. So you think lar

Sakai, I am not staying there but few of my friends invested in this property. Please don’t take my word for it, you can visit the site yourself and decide yourself. If you check out the 1598 sqft unit, it definitely looks small and miserable compare to other projects with the same size range, I can personally assure you that.

I just did the site tour a few days back and I personally quite like it. But I didn’t notice any issue with the leaking pool tho. Is there really such an issue? Is the problem solved?

Timothy, the pool issue is a known issue among residents. you can check out with them. Don’t take my word for it.
If you personally like it, then it is great. Just purchase it but once purchase, dun regret it cause that will be your commitment for at least 5 years.
Anyway, am surprise that got people like the weird layout ( sharp corners everywhere) 😀

Hi Timothy,i have a unit there as well and yes there was such an issue regarding the pipe leakage but it was not from the pool. According to management it was from the carpark but the issue has been rectified by the management promptly. You should come and see for yourself. My wife and I are happy with our home.Good view, very windy area and low maintanence fee.

There are units going for auction in this project some as low as 540k, and others between 616 and 630. its cheaper to buy from auctions

Agreed! Even my normal units have quite a good view too. Facilities are somewhat new and nice; the gym is big and well-maintained too. Quite happy with The Clovers currently
Asia Green Group has quite a good portfolio on building luxury affordable units and management track record. Tower A and B sold out in a blink of an eye, would recommend getting Tower C

just visited one unit at clover, looks OK. but, I notice that one of the lift is under maintenance. not sure how long under maintenance. agent told me that developer always maintain the lift , that is why we can see many lifts under maintenance …. true? new lift needs maintenance ?
also, there is a in house renovation contractor, not sure will it be the gangster contractor, which will collect rubbish fee from residence if renovation is not done by them. I have heard many gangster contractor, who extort money from residence. Agent told me they are not gangster, but genuine contractor …. true? I m not so sure.
another thing that I notice is that there are many unoccupied units, not sure the reason why !!
quality of the unit is OK, but quality at the pool side is terrible. you can see crack lines all over the floor. also security very loose.
AGENT TOLD ME it is cheap now and selling like hot cake , but I dun think I will buy this project.

my unit is amazing view and the clovers so far i have no issue and my family loves the facilities. i have no issue with the project except some minor defects here and there that i have submiitedd to JMB and follow up closely.
they allow me to use the renovator of myself. i think everyone has all sort of opinion but being the clovers residence we should work together to improve the value not destroy it!
I just got my key from developer as HK is very messy now so i move to Penang and bought the Clovers. So far i havent faced any problem that you guys mentioned. Maybe i’m new here.
I’m happy with the unit so far, i think for the price i’m paying we will never get the chance to live in such a spacious and also with private lifts condo ever! I think Penang people are very lucky and blessed compare to many other parts of Asia.
My kids now go to Straits International School and very convenient. They love the swimming pool and i think the quality of life is amazing here. Consider very convenient to get food and around and the wet market is just next door. Overall i think it is good for relaxing lifestyle for family
