You should call up the office directly for further enquiries, and register yourselve. Guess nobody in this forum will sell you one, although i wish i can.
Anyway, this is a Singapore base developer which known for their higher tier projects. There will be FF, FR SOHO from 1000psf.

2600-3200sf? I doubt so, i cant figure out how can they squeze in 290units in such a small plot of land?
