Nowadays a lot of new project in BM. Where is the actual location for Sunway Wellesley? Landed or condo for residential?
Looks like it is beside Taman Tan Sai Gin and the land opposite, where some old buildings are being dismantled…
from the map, it is between jusco n bm town.
targeted crowds will be bm ppl. i doubt it will do well, as u can see how jusco doing.
wonder why they don’t choose autocity for such huge project.

In fact I observed that Jusco is doing fine @ Bandar Perda. Sunway is famous with its quality and long term value. Heard that Utama Building, now defunct building has got new white knight for its shopping floors. Both are just a stone-throw away distance. The location is quite strategic and attract a lot of traffics.
Anyone know the residential development here is landed or condo or mixed? Rarely heard Sunway build condo here even in island.
With the industrial development in Batu Kawan, Bukit Minyak and Kulim, the population in BM will sure increase tremendously. Just hope the housing and road development is adequate to support the development.

i heard BM City is around there. quite good i saw that concept.
But i heard that BM wellesley have landed property right. i think no bad. but do know how much??
they are already clearing the land at this moment….
if i am not mistaken, one of those squatters got paid around RM30,000…for their land
open for sale this weekend for SUNWAY customer. Price at RM972,000 (20 * 65 feet). one week later only will open for public. can call 6439898 for further information
