Ya, I am looking for the bungalow. Will book a unit if satisfied with the bungalow show house.
However when I checked Hillpark website, they have posted the latest show house construction progress, but seems that they are not building the bungalow show house. Only superlink and zero lots are built.

The sales staff advised that it is bcos the bungalows are located near the lake and the clubhouse. Earth works for that area is expected to be ready in another 2 months.

Did you check with them why it took so long for them to complete the show house? If it’s already 5 months since you signed the S&P, and they don’t even finish constructing the show house yet, what’s the chance that they will deliver your house in time?
The developer said they will complete the development of hillpark in a 3 years (phase 1), but i quite worry the progress so slow and left only 2 1/2 half years to built the houses and landscape.

You said you signed the S&P 5 months ago, but when was it stamped?
Many developers are playing the drag tactics. They will get you sign the S&P very fast so that they can get your 10% payment, but they will hold on to the S&P without getting it stamped because your 3 years completion date is counted from the stamping date, not the signing date.

I called up the sales office, they told me the interior design is not done yet, and the road leading to the showroom is not fully done yet as well. So there’s nothing much to see yet even if they bring you there personally. The salesperson told me the show house will be fully completed in December. It takes them 6 months to build 2 show houses. Hope it won’t dissappoint.
I just visited the Show House yesterday..The sales people brought me up. Basically the show houses are ready. Just left some ID finishing work and touch up. By December the developer are expecting to complete the Guardhouse, Sales Gallery and landscaping.

Visited the show house. The quality is good and really nice. Very spacious . I can also see they are busy doing the infra and landscape works.. Nice feeling on the hill ..it’s very windy..

The selling price is a bit tricky as they don’t publish out in their sales office.
You will need to ask the sales guy there, by pointing to the unit on chart one by one.
They might give you discount if you look more handsome. 😛

I went to the site yesterday with the hope that the show house is finally ready.
Alas it is still not. They are still doing the road at the entrance of the taman. Seems like it’s taking forever to build the road. I have been waiting for their bungalow show house for so long because I wanna see it before I buy, and I just recently found out that they did not build the bungalow show house after I’ve waited for so many months. Damn…
Anyway, most likely the show house (terrace & zero lot) will only be ready not before this Jan 01 new year, but maybe before the Feb 09 Chinese New Year.
today evening (30-12-12) i went to hillpark for viewing, lastly the entance road to hillpark are completed. The show house also open for public.

Is this phase 2? I call up the office before the project launch (if not wrong before July 2012) and was told only terrace corner unit left. All other units sold out.
I bought zero lot bungalow under under phase 1 , HillGarden Villas. For terrace , they only have end lot or corner units left.
They are doing the official launch on 16/2 at 10am. Worth visiting as landscape etc are completed.
Phase 2, HillGreen Villas is now open for registration. The staff advised they will launch phase 2 in mid of this year..

i heard this is strata titled?means later on i cant even change my house paint…it’s ok with apartments or condo’s coz u hardly have much outside but for landed property? i bet most of the corner lot’s are still available? sorry maybe it’s just me cant make sense out of it. what is the point investing in a landed property and i cant even build a kennel for my dog at the side land i have. can i cement n tiled the corner lot to park more cars? i cant…gizzzzz
Dr, u r actually allowed to lay tiles for extra car park … N build a kennel at the side so long as it does not change the external facade. Of course , the color of paint cannot be changed . Otherwise, it will look like “pasar malam” .. Diff houses have diff colours…
I m from KL & I bought a unit as per my friend’s ( from BM) introduction for investment.
The concept of G&G under strata title are widely accepted in KL & the property values generally appreciated much more compared to non gated ( non strata title) in KL.
Desa Park City is one of the very good example..
The property appreciates more than double when it was completed.. It will be the ” in things” going forward with more & more people are emphasizing on lifestyle living & security.
By the way, I bought a corner lot zero lot bungalow.. Only left around 5 units.. Better be fast..

Any available unit for Double Storey Superlink Houses?
The SuperLink show house is really nice & my wife and I loved it so much!
I heard it was sold around RM900K. Value for money as my uncle bought the corner empty SuperLink for RM668K. The ID cost + extra work definitely cost more than RM300K.
Just visited HillPark yesterday.. Really nice feel.. The signboard & the guard house are so grand.
Landscape & the hill view feeling are great! Best G&G I have seen so far..
Phase 1 are sold out.. What a miss..! Have to register booking for phase 2,,
Hope I can get a unit as there are more than 200 people now are registering themselves for a total of 55 units ( 2 & 3 storey Zero lot bungalows)..
Aeon started piling works in alma… Alma will becoming a new commercial hub in mainland of Penang State. Glad that I owned a unit of sweet home in Hillpark..Cheers!

Generally, properties that are in high traffic / growth areas like Penang, KL, HK, SIN are always having good appreciation in prices.. Good investment as alma will be soon a satellite township like PJ. Good to buy or invest properties now in Alma before it is too late as prices are on steady increasing trends…

Registered a 3 storey zero lot bungalow yesterday. Really nice with a new modern design. It is very spacious with built up area around 4000sq. Targeted selling around RM1.1m.
New modern design 2 storey zero lot bungalow’s targeted selling price is around RM868K (last chance to stay in Hillpark as they only have 22 units & it will be the final phase for 2 storey zero lot bungalows ).

Hi all, just bought 3 units off zero lot with my family…the quality is really good and to be quit honest, I think the next generation of people would like to own and live in a gated community with good security for their family.
I’ve lived in similar concept house for the last 7 years and its great for the children and also for my mom and dad as they go for walk in the evening and often find themself interacting with people their age.
I’ve lived in KL and abroad, coming home to find this kind of concept finally coming to us in Alma is great..people are really going to enjoy living in Hill Park.
Great community feel and people who buy in this development to live, will be at the same standard as you.

Tina, hillpark would be the most exclusive G&G concept in BM with private clubhouse. I bought a luxury bungalow recently . CONGRATES & we will be neighbour soon. Cheers!
I have seen both tropicale and hillpark. I like hillpark because of the hilltop living with a lake and private clubhouse facilities. I have seen many houses for the past few months but yet to find a nice environment with G&G security like hillpark in BM at the moment. I have just bought a phase 2 zero lot bungalow for 888k

I was interested in their bungalow. Went to the sales gallery last week and was disappointed that until now they still don’t get their bungalow showroom ready. How could we as a potential purchase decide and buy when there’s not even a showroom to show what’s there in a bungalow unit, even after they have already launched the project 1-2 years already..
Any one of you know any other bungalow project around Alma area with similar price & concept?
Their response is good in phase one and even sold the show house. There will no more show house for second phase when I asked last time.

How come it takes them so long to get ready a simple show house?
This afternoon pass by the construction site saw the phase 2 show house is ready, don’t know the ID is done or not?
They build the showhouse for phase 2? Indicate that sales slowing down and developer starts worrying the sales.
Last time they said no showhouse for phase 2 as sales too good in phase 1 and expected the same response for phase 2. It was last Set/Oct 2013.
the show house is only for the 3 storey zero lots under phase 2. No show house for 2 storey zero lots as there are only a few units left. There was an intention to build show house for big bungalows but was sold during construction.. It shows that how good the response was.
I bought a 2 storey zero lot under phase 2. Love the concept & design of the house so much!
Even though it is more expensive, for the additional finishing they provide & a complete change of the design of house compared to phase 1, it is worth the extra money.
