how much the price?
Is the project already open for booking? Anyone have any idea how much is the price and the land size?
Info from the developer the price is estimated nearly to 500k. Land size is 20×85. I think it way too much for a property in mainland. Despite next year economy slowdown i wonder whether they can sell it or not…. let’s wait and see
Facing six lane highway and such a big river, it is a no no for me. RM490K also no way.
Air quality is bad, polluted river in front also, flood? Swamp land. No way.
The opposite chain ferry shops and nearby Kimsar garden are black area for flood. Adjacent land no 27 is planned for religious purpose. Better check it out.
For tropicale exclusive series located at development zone of 23 is 590k!
This one should me more than 590k or equal value! My goodness Boon Siew very daring!
hmm…i guess this project is wrongly marked at the 3rd picture..this 30 units TT exclusive is at 23. And i believe the starting price is 590k….so its neither 500k nor located at 26 (facing highway)
BoonSiew doesn’t really care about buyers. They only interested to make profit. better boycot them!!!

boon siew is selling at 588k and above. way too expensive for us the low income people, this developer doesnt care abt the low income group. very bad…

robert are one of them? U people really never care about people’s feeling!!!! Think logicaly why is it so expensive for boon siew project. Other developer can build for much cheaper price at butterworth/seberang jaya area.

Bcoz when you speak the truth, they refused to accept it.
I was at the construction site during the initial stage and even upon completion of the Taman Bagan 2nd phase.
In my own opinion, with such a price, and poor workmanship…..I won’t want to think of buying nor staying in Taman Bagan.
Remember its BUYER’s MARKET NOW……Now we will see who is swimming naked while the tide recede….
message is that i have been passing by the taman bagan and find out that previous land empty but now blooming with illegal built warehouse in the jungle area and they going bigger and bigger without action,hope Boon siew take action asap ..ty
my friend recently bought one for RM888k currently way too expensive not recommended, except the location is nice.
