Is a leasehold till year 2116, 2024 ready means remain lease 92years. Location was great which just next to design village. Starting RM460k+ for 1040 sqft unit onward. emmmm no comment
1400 sqft with dual key concept is sold out.
All units does not come with yard which concern me where to hang my clothes for drying.
i suggest you to buy disposal underwear or cloth to solve this small piece of cake issues.
Is Anggun already convert to freehold? The sale person told me last year it will convert to freehold but I am doubt…

Haha, never trust what agent said, they just want to get commission, talk to the developer directly if possible.

Not a matter of importance or not, just ethical problems with their agent and sales.
Don’t offer or even mention something not 100% as a selling point.
Buyer will judge if that’s important to them and make their decision, just giving them honest answers.
At the same time, Anggun sales start, Sinaran is still around the corner, and both leasehold and buyer hope for freehold conversion.
But Paramount sales never advertise in such a way or even give you a word of that.
As far as I know internally Paramount tried several time of applications for freehold conversion but failed, yet they never made it a big deal, buyers don’t complain about that because they never promise anyway, anything extra is extra gain.
Anggun sales from day 1 already doing this shenanigan, together with some YouTubers speaking the grey word giving buyers false promises that have no guarantee.

Regarding my reply previously that Sinaran was not freehold on 8th April 2024, the notice of conversion of leasehold to freehold was only sent out to all owners on 17th May 2024, so ya.
It was not a freehold, the agent never promised it would succeed in converting also, they don’t make empty promises or make false hopes that mislead buyers.
I would say, a high chance Anggun will become freehold too foreseeing the trend is like that now. Maybe the developer is very confident but still lacks ethics in doing marketing.
