Excellent location but, wrong timing.
Do you guys think it is safe to buy property from Zenith since we know that they are linked with corruption case involving the previous Finance Minister/Chief Minister? I afraid the company can go bust if implicated.

That is possible. Anyway, if you are buying any property for investment, I think it’s bad idea anyway, whether the developer is E&O, or IJM or any developer, as rental return is very very bad due to serious oversupply. Example, based on current rental rates, ALL landlords at the recently completed The Tamarind at STP are loosing money by the day renting their units out. The rental is not even enough to cover the interest portion of their mortgage. The situation is very very bad.
