i called to the office few days ago. it is already launch few weeks ago. Ground floor at > 1 million already fully sold. 1st floor is sold at 800K++.

that area the demand for commercial space shud be gud i guess….

How come OC obtained already yet nobody starts doing the renovation? Anyone knows who are the prominent tenants? Is there any lifestyle or home decor tenants coming in or?

I noticed that some of the shop already moved in.
Are they charging the parking fee for their parking lot in front and behind the shop in the future?
Who own the parking lots?
