been to the site, nearby Juru One City commercial area, quite convenient in future.
Nearby Juru area mostly chinese population. Not sure how is the take up rate as it is nearby high voltage tower. But I think there is still some distance away.

No effect 1 lah.. I have saw a lots of places are nearby this kind of tower… Like Gems Project also are the same. Near to Tower.

You will not be able to see the effect in short and medium term, that’s the scary thing. And after long term when you start to see the effect, it will be too late.
After all, if there is other properties without this “potential” negative effect of high tension cables and telco towers, at same price or even slightly higher price, why take unnecessary risks??? Use your common sense lah.
