Botanica CT Centre, a 6.5-acre commercial development by MTT Properties and Development Sdn. Bhd. at Balik Pulau.     This doesnt look like a mall at all. It’s just a mart with some shop lots around it. A proper mall nowadays must have at least cinemas, korean+japanese restaurants, baskin-robbins & victoria’s secret. :)
