    I would like to survey,
    1. Any units left for Tower A, city view?
    2. What’s the latest selling price?
    3. When is the completion build date, any impact due to MCO?
    4. What’s is the projected monthly renting price?
    5. Any term and condition for changing the name after purchase the house, any penalty like change the name after few months of purchase?

    1. I think no more already, sold out completely. Perhaps you can opt for other projects like One Foresta (Starts from 438k, need to pay 10% downpayment).

    4. Expected monthly rental at that area is around RM1,000 unfurnished to RM1,300 furnished.
    5. Need to pay for legal fees to change the name in SPA.

    you mean only water fish will pay high premium over 350k price ? and end up all the neighbour are tenanted with bangla or nepal ? There are thousand of affordable flat launch almost every quarter to choose from.

    Sorry guys as i’m looking at some comment here mention about 600k to flip. For me i believe 600k is over price in this location. This location really over supply. I’m not judging if 600k is a right price tag here. It depends. Some owner looking to flip & majority are owner stay. I have a friend who bought 2 carparks unit which around rm450k already & logically if going to flip & pass down RPGT to buyer then probably owner need to sell at 550k to 600k to avoid lost in selling. So i’m not sure if those going to sell at 600k is right price or not. Just my 2cent input. For those affordable unit i’m not sure 5 years bond is effective date from day signing SPA or after VP. Perhaps some expert here can share more opinion & experience.

    More like everyone shock at you. Haha, I come this page not to buy cheap houses, it’s to survey market and look into the state’s development news. Your this unit location, with little to no future development due to so many freehold flats surrounded. Moreover the traffic congestion caused by the enormous projects in relau + paya terubong. There is no convenient route directly to this kampung. Don’t say 600k to make everyone laugh at you. Estimated after completion + good management + no architecture defects, the most this property can get after 10 years is RM500k. If you can’t face the reality, nothing I can do to help you.

    I visited the site before, it is on the hill and inside a Taman. Location is not strategy, they are more affordable houses like Havana or Maldives are being built by reputed developer- Ideal, the pricing is around the same. i personally don’t like the location.

    the location pretty green and fresh but i don’t like the build quality. The door quite thin like if you kick it it will break
