There is no more proper large scale gated & guarded landed development in PG island (except the Seri Tanjung Pinang phase-2 which cost you minimum 3 mil onwards). Summore this Eco Horizon is located better than Eco Meadows, easier access to PLUS highway and 2nd bridge.
Trust me, rich people will buy it, and don’t under estimate the buying power of rich mainland ppl.

Went to QB fair last month to register for more info on EcoHorizon and EcoSun. Both projects seem promising surrounded by IKEA, KDU, Hull Uni, Columbia Asia occupying Batu Kawan.

@Wendy, landed houses at farlim is @ 850k(cheapest), and it’s a lease hold. You will still need to spend an additional 250k to rebuild the whole house.
This project was damn nice, i have been invited to the dinner before pre launch eco horizon..at the same time i saw a lot rich man pay deposit for choosing unit before pre launch…all of u think that 800k was expensive is bcoz of ur holding power not strong….LIFE is for richest and SURVIVOR is for urs
