As I know, the project is open for registration now, Hunza have a registration event at Gurney Paragon last weekend, with an affordable price to own a property with hill/sea view, sounds great!! Try to call for enquiry, I think you can get the info. I am now in preparation of documents for submission. Hope can get it soon!!

I was supposed to sign my Spa yesterday, but the unit size is 861sqft instead of 900sqft. The sales representative told that they will give us a letter of consent stating that there will be a balcony extension. May I know if you are also facing the same issue?

@Alfred, an affordable house is not suitable for own stay or investment as it is high density and located at the hillside in Sungai Ara, Penang. The main purpose of the affordable house is to cater to those buyers who do not own a house.
Genius statement. So if you are not going to stay pls stay away from affordable house. It is not meant for investment!

This is Hunza 1st affordable project , if this project got problem , it will effected whole Hunza PICC big project image .so they will very concern on this project . it took long period for the foundation work before start pilling.
I called to ask just now, the sales person told me there is no package. Need to pay 10% down payment.
So there is no more 5% rebate?

Yes,I also facing the same issue which the spa letter indicated 861sqf.
After the balcony extended to 2 ft.the actual size will be 900sqf.the new layout already revised at their show room.

I call to their office, still have 5% rebate but heard for limited time only. Heard they are selling very well for this project.
Went to visit the show room, there still a lot unit available face hill block b , I just submit my form for affordable unit. Hopeful get approve.
I already get bank loan approval under Hong Leong the rate only 4.3% , still waiting other bank offer.
My property bank rate is 4.15%.
Ya public bank, Hong Leong both offer 4.15% for me now . Bank loan already approved but the government application there still need wait until jan 2020 only can know status…

Developer will subsidize some fixed amount to the purchaser to serve the interest charged by bank during construction. The subsidy may be enough, may not be enough to pay the bank depends on the loan amount and the amount release by the bank

I think Havana would be good for investment because
1. Very near to Airport and Industrial Area
2. Very near to Heng Ee Primary and Secondary School
3. Very near to the planned LRT Sg Tiram Station
4. Very near to main road
I think above all, you would get good rental/big tenant market
As for TreeO, i feel that it is a bit far from the Sg Ara main road. Well…. for residential purposes.. it would be quiet

Because when I drive to the construction site, there is only 1 lane up and 1 lane down. and both sides parked cars (which are landed houses owner cars).
Imagize that 1,240units and 2carparks, meant 2,480 cars from the using both side parked car single lane go work and somemore need to passby the Pasar and school at the Morning.
U need to jam 45mins to 1hours before go to main road T junctions. if u want go MNC. maybe u need jam 1.30hr to reach work???
New roads are needed, better 2lane up 2lane without parking car on sides.

Not sure if it passes through the swimming pool exactly, but PIL1 is suppose to be behind both Pinnacle and this.
That is why we should oppose this highway.
