you are advised to check with their sales person directly for most latest prices as it’s been a year plus since I last went enquire..
Casa residence was considered the cheapest at around RM360/sqf in 2017..Followed by Marc…Followed by Abel…if not wrong…Abel was around RM400/sqf last year..
