Managed to sneak in to the main area of LC3. The seawater lake is really huge, and there are 2 sunken viewing decks (ie. super large aquarium). this is much bigger scale than LC1 lake. However there is not much seaview in LC3. Btw there are 3 windmills here

The IJM stuff did a good job by recommending good unit for me. All rooms facing coral pool with full view of the pool. Also can see the sea and Penang bridge. Thumbs up to the sales team.
