The housing design looks classic and practically for living. The left over units cost about $710k and facing the kampung. I am very interested but my wife concerns about its safety (due to its facing and the open area right to the site). Any advice would be appreciated.
The design is quite delicate and luxurious. I like the spacious balcony. I think the management would hire guards.
The air is good there. Got trees and bushes. The kampung consists of a few brick houses. I think there are only 2 bungalows in the kampung. The open area on the right is owned by other developer.
