A bit high density it seems
no protest so far…. soon maybe…
Too many housing projects especially condos & affordable house in Penang island, wonder where got buyer ??? I think most of them are investors, but supply over demand no worth to invest. Not easy to let go the units.
I hope they don’t used the cheaper affordable “condo” to shield the bungalows & superlink terrace from the potential ashes or smoke from the nearby columbarium.
ALWAYS buy freehold guarded or gated landed properties on Penang Island. NEVER touch mainland landed properties.
People from that area protested few years back when it was first proposed to build high density property project. Then the developer postphone it I guess… Wonder why and how it is being proposed again.
