Agree with you, Eco is a bigger blood sucker than E&O. At least E&O comes slowly, say hi to you, greet you first, persuade you to lie down, give you some anesthetic, before sucking your blood gently. Whereas for Eco, straight away they will drag you into the coffin and suck you dry!

This is a rather odd comparison, between a landed vs a condo, a location on island surrounded by graveyards vs a location in mainland surrounded by pig farms. There is hardly any similarity between the 2 except for the price range of RM700k+. Bad comparison.

Well, I would say it is definitely a wise indicator in the decision making process. Also on the basis of quality, you clearly are unfamiliar with the other EcoWorld Projects (Semenyih,Sanctuary,Botanic, etc). Speaking of three dimensions, maybe you should do a little study/research before you speak. You know what they say about empty vessels right.. 😉

I think this Eco Meadows is too expensive. If anyone were to decide to move to mainland, he could get a double storey terrace house in Batu Kawan anytime for less than RM300k, sub-sale market. For RM700k, he can already get a very big semi-d there. Of course, this is for someone who thinks the size of the house is important.

For me, a 1500sf condo is good enough, I emphasize more on lifestyle, than the size of the house. So I prefer to live in a posh area on island. I want sea view in a cosmopolitan neighbourhood. I said seaview ar, but not graveyard view like those condos in Mount Erskine ar!

Look at all the empty white elephants in mainland, condo and landed houses. People busy spending their money to buy houses with no demand. Even years after O.C and still not occupied, property agents stamping their house like Rumah-Lelong. And yet, what is the real intention of buying mainland properties?

Years ago, (Not to mention which developer) has launched Several condominium projects at once, offering DIBS. Until today, people are disposing that property on top of RM20,000 difference from their purchase price, people dont even bother to buy and some even “Sell at Cost” to avoid any burden. Where is the demand?

And now, batu kawan has 10k new houses from government coming up (Even government couldn’t dispose these houses after So-So-So-SO many roadshows and still going-on)
