    Have u all appeal the cukai? I put reason as “accessibility is bad now due to the construction nearby and environment is bad as of now”.
    Too bad i have taken the keys. The biggest problem in my house(intermediate corner) is surfaced sewage pipes at land area. We need to ask the developer they have managed for 2 months and shld know the exact expenses right now and make necessary adjustment.

    For my understading, by every half year the management should able to have actual billable items compare to estimated spending. From there those overpaid will carry over as management fund or adjust monthly fees.

    You are right. We shud create a community link, send a signed memorandum and express our opinion to the developer.
    We should also highlight to the developer that we need a “professional security system”. The security guard shoud not allow any non-Villa Primero resident to enter this garden or use the playground.

    Hi guys,

    I visited the club house and noticed that there is no swimming pool. There is only badminton court and rooms upstairs and downstairs. The room are small and probably for gym facility and etc. Anyone can confirm swimming pool faclity exist?
    (The small water pool infront of club house is not really a swimming pool)

    hi VP owners, our villa primero security not strong enough..since last saturday my house gas cylinder went missing and complainto management and they mid of investigation under CCTV…and they claim should be from malay boys from kampung nearby…..very poor G&G management

    I would like to check with all, how is the water pressure on masterbedroom’s bathroom and first floor bathroom? Except the wash basin water, the other 2 outlet (shower & another pipe) very low pressure. One of the shower no water coming out as well.

Very outdated if the house is so nice with modern look and u guys using concrete tiles top. Ah San is normal contractor but no knowledge on house Interior Design . Better look for designer to make the house nice .

    Unit 22, 1st road owner here. The construction is seriously bad. Poor workmanship for the finishing. Lotsa cracks. I bought it b4 soft launch years back. Not experienced developer. I was told by developer to look for their contractor AH BOON but this guy always run up and down and too busy to entertain all matters consider “SMALL” to him.
    Anyway the land is sinking. Why we still need to pay the full maintenance amount since clubhse yet to operate?
    I had appeal to MPSP to lower down the quit rent but yet to attend any sitting.
