How much is Icon Residence? Hope it will be around $700 psf.
Based on Mah Sing’s track record, it wont be cheap, and it will be more than $700psf. In Penang, Mah Sing is known for selling expensive and useless products. Year in year out lion dancing, but still cannot finish selling what they build. It’s a joke.

depending on profit margin , developers don’t really need to sell all that they build.
maybe they only need to sell 40-50% to get back their cost price
anything else is pure profit
so if they can sell 67% , they already “huat”
anything more that that , double “huat”
