Will only launch after GST kicks in. Heard at the moment minimum price starts at 799k for the smallest unit. Not sure price would be the same post-GST..

67 units…. good luck for the maintenance fee amount. It will either ended up as very high monthly maintenance fee paid, or very badly maintain due to not enough fee collected…
They r smart too….they used build up area to calculate your maintenance fees, which is somehow rare in Penang for landed G&G.
One residence apply std rate…i think.

I don’t mind to pay higher maintenance fee. As long as the management can maintain it successfully. I just want to have a good environment & safety place to stay. Good for my kids…

I don’t like social interaction. That’s why i choose Balik Pulau for retirement & i prefer peaceful life. Besides, Balik Pulau to town area only spend 30mins. So, what’s the problem?
Crazy to buy and stay in Balik Pulau….If given Balik Pulau and Batu Kawan, I will choose the latter.
It’s even crazier to stay in Batu Kawan.
I stay in BP now, before this was in Bayan Lepas. Quite surprising, it takes me 30 mins at peak hour to reach Jelutong, whereas from Bayan lepas will be almost 1h. I like BP!
It is possible. Even happened before 2hours Batu Maung to Jelutong.
But Is that normally the case? Any multiple data statistic? We are mostly educated, isn’t it?
Or simply take the worst scenario of Bayan Lepas and take the best scenario of BP to Jelutong?
