With current property price already sky high, that why nowadays rental cannot cover the monthly installment to bank. Somemore the owner have to pay the maintenance fees.
For those that wish to buy property, you have the power to bargain now.
Better rent than buy and let the owner pay the bank interest…save the money and invest else where.

They are building a highway right in front (or rather at the back) of Jazz/Tamarind, with a flyover running over the existing main road that separates Tesco and Jazz. And yes, noise and dust problem will come soon.

Oh yes. Tamarind Block B Sea View goes down to drain. May be you can see some water between the crack of the 41 storey skyscrapper.

Hello and hapy new year. I would just like to ask if short-term lets of less than a month are allowed in The Tamarind. I have been reading some of the comments, but am not sure what the management and owners have decided on. By the way, I am not an owner, but I am aware of the short-term lets problem in Penang.
