Your design sucks. I am not sure who is incompetent here, the architect? the person-in-charge at PDC who sourced for the architect? Or is it intentional so that people will keep buying from blood sucking private developers?…:) *sigh*.

700sf for rm72k is very good price..
those who invest in condo will suffer unless your location is stand out. genuine average/low income house buyer will choose lmc.
good step from gov, really appreciate the move, but kindly ensure only those eligible can get the unit and not some investment happy group.

Well, don’t complain with the design. If you want to get condo look and facilities, LC and LMC budget sure wont cover the cost. Tampered glass –>money, balcony+railing–>money, facilities–> money, windows+frame –>money.
Just get the affordable unit as this type of houses is getting rare now in island. Or if you can afford upgrade to RM400k unit which is still plenty in island.

Why categorize the beautiful place of Bayan Lepas and Teluk Kumbar as a low cost housing areas? Hmm… too high density for puspakom side… There was just a small village and now what? turning into a town? Sure massive jam to Balik Pulau and from Balik Pulau downhill in future 5 years

2. Submit together an appeal letter to get this project to Komtar to highly increase your chances

So, I got the 250k house. Now need to proceed loan. Yes, the maintenance is RM0.18/sqft. Around RM160+/mth. The problem is that no unit for viewing, no OC yet and actuallty OC is late more than half a year already. Not sure if have any structural issue is the cause of this. I am having cold feet about this unit, dunno how long can the offer last, not satisfied until I get to see the unit with own eyes.

I’ve just gotten the key few days ago.. for a project that is lack of common facilities such as pool, the monthly maintenance is abit expensive as some comment stated above.. The people who gave me that key said that its because of 24hour security or some sort that makes it expensive lol

How much is it?
Ya few facilities but fees quite high.
Open Space – just some some playground & exercise equipment, hopefully will upgrade into proper gym & playground.
Recreation Area – just some court lines, hopefully will upgrade into proper multipurpose courts & indoors as just beside the surau
Viewing Deck – just empty area, hopefully will add more things e.g. telescopes like in brochure
Landscaped Green Area – just walking tracks, hopefully will add more things e.g. exercise equipment
