You can get outside or your own contractor for reno. Yes IDBox is a only so called “panel contractor” appointed by developer. But rubbish fee have to pay to panel contractor even you get your own contractor. Also, you will signed the void warranty letter for leaking after start reno. thus management staff encourage you let their panel contractor reno your house because at the end they can help you settle if your house got issues. But price will cut your throat. If you can wait reno after 2 years. But do utility your house see any problem within that 2 years. If not wasted time.

Did you or anyone started use their own contractors? we were told cannot use others. confused la.
So far I heard got owner fully engage outside contractor for reno. Who told you cannot use others? The best way go to talk to panel contractor ask for detail.
Actually many owners engaged their own contractors. I even saw an owner scolded his own contractor because of poor job done. Lesson learn.

Your so called owner engaged contractor mostly will pay the in house gangster for rubbish money.
More renovation, more rubbish, then more money. And that amount already included inside your renovation fee without telling you. So, in house gangster still earn money from you you, only earn more or earn less.

To be honors, as long as the job is done properly, and the price is reasonable, I don’t really care how much my contractor pay the panel contractor as rubbish fees. The last thing you want is your contractor screw things up or run away.

If any of the residents in Fiera Vista can’t hear the roaring sound of airplanes’ engines, he/she will be considered “Deaf” !!!!!!!!!
Most than 50% occupied, many still renovating. Shoplots at Solaria will do well.
The engine sounds from plane when take off is so loud especially those facing the airport, especially at night.

be honest I m not FV owner, but SS. I choose SS because of location… noise from the plane might be a concern (very minor), but I still believe that this is the comfortable place for me to live….
