    What is good is this construction very much committed to get OC and provide house key in 2018. The buyer is lucky that the project is going to be completed soon without the case like uncompleted construction causing the buyer cannot move in while pay installment.
    The weak points is the common use public facilities are casual and low cost, for example the fence surrounding the left,right and back side of the building seems like cannot tahan lama, not sure can stand without falling after few year. A lot of flaw on floor tile and on brick painting everywhere. Some staircase made of iron which corrosion of inner part can be dangerous, iron handle bar at many place especially near swimming pool area already rusty, not sure will be rusty again and brittle soon after repaint. The swimming pool is luxury and beautiful. But the gym room and its window is very lousy especially on its equipment, very very less major gym equipment as compared to other none-affordable apartment. even though this is affordable housing project but the maintenance fee of RP is very much higher as compared to other none-affordable apartment, the management who collect maintenance fee need to upgrade the public facility as the house owner pay higher maintenance fee.
    The building structure should be good as the constructor with good reputation. Anyway now this project is still under finishing progress, lets see how good the improvement will be and how the flaw will be touch up before hand over the key.
