Yup, small timer. It sits on a hill slope. They have been doing the foundation work for many years at the site. Had some issues initially. If anyone interested, make sure you check with the council that all civil work is OK, it is possible that the civil work still does not have approval from relevant authorities yet.
3 mil for 5k sq feet. pricing quite ok but hope it is not facing the mosque????

Yes, it is facing a mosque. In fact, 2 mosques.
1 unit per floor, very privacy, great & cheap to buy by using SGD, fly back next week to book one.

I strongly agreed with you. take me for example, i cannot afford; just keep my mouth shut and feel happy for those we can. dun need to bad mouth….
Is it really near a mosque? In Singapore, we don’t really have to worry about it, but it seems in Malaysia this could totally spoil your residence. I am actually considering Quayside, but this is cheaper than Quaside in terms of RM psf. Then again, maybe useless to save that few ringgit if it’s located next to a mosque. Next time if I need to sell it, definitely very difficult.

The way of managing the mosque in MYS is totally difference from SGP, please do not expect the same, perhaps, you may need to study first before any investment is made, if you feel comfortable with the sound, then, buying is not an issue.

This is nothing like Quayside. Location wise it is located opposite the road. That means it is located in the controversial village area.
Quayside comes with a 4.5 acres water park and 7 acres greenery park. I don’t think there will be any other condo like Quayside in terms of facilities.
If you still insist on buying the penthouse please seriously do visit the site first before deciding. So that you won’t regret it in the future.
Agree, Quayside is the best, nowhere in penang has anything close to the same open space and facilities

Quayside is located in rich people’s area, in the northern part of Penang island. Quaywest is located in Mat Rempit’s area, in the southern part of Penang island, where factories are located.
