Behind of Taman also got concrete factory and pig farm.

It’s quite deep and further down about 6 km away, there is an old big Chinese cemetery located opposite the Golf club.

Based on the location and environmental conditions this taman will be similar with Juru Heights. To deep, road too narrow n not in good condition, around is the factory, chicken farm and pig farm and forest. Every Sunday and holiday bangla workers from factories and farms will gather in the Taman, every morning n evening u will smell pig n chicken shitty, every day flies will disturb u. To buyers who buy to live with his family need to think many times.

This area super quite deep. Base from your statement given, you are not suitable stay on this area, because your gf will kill you. Don’t said can not shopping, i affraid want buy a kicap also hard later.

in front the taman have mini market to buy all you want. The bangla din stay there,is stay puteri gunung(in front)the smell from pig farm sometime have,sometime din have ?

The location is too far from town, there are plenty of better choices compare to this project.
