Yes thor, i agree with you. i guess this is the most expensive among all condo surround Juru/BM, and maybe Butterworth. I check their layout in showroom, couldn’t found any online. Their free package are 4 aircond, 1 set kitchen cabinet and 2 carpark.

Discount is 10K. Price shown minus 10k to get nett price. 10% payment for SnP is based on nett price. Free gift are 4 air cons and kitchen cabinet. Booking fee is 20K already vs 10K last time. Fast selling out but wonder whether sticker game or not.

Oh yes, of course SnP legal fee is free, as expected, so I did not include them as free gift.
I also mean 10% downpayment when signing SnP is based on nett price. If 508K listed price, means nett price is 498K and 10% payment is 49.8K and NOT 50.8K minus 10K.

i tried paid them 5k at first to book the unit, then until they called and chased me up for the remaining 15k, i baru go there and make the remaining payment. yes, it is rather considered high in booking fee.

i just signed UOB last two weeks, lazy to survey around but i guess its +-. All BLR-2.4% and lock period is 3 years. Yes, all lowered floors is sold out, left 700k and above units.

Crazy place to buy. sitting between two of the most congested traffic lights. always choke with traffic.
