Depending on what are your preference and priority, I have very young kids and prefer somewhere with a bit more green and less density. There are few development around BF you could consider, if unit still available, look at By The Sea, Ferringhi Residence, Marin, etc.

Tower 1 sits in front and to the east of tower 2, the view from tower 2 will be partially block towards the east. I can’t see how tower 2 can have better view than tower 1.
Also, the pricing for tower 2 units will be interesting with GST and devaluation of the Ringgit

The units facing west have the better views, however, the price to pay is the hot sun. It is a pity that the architect (or the developer?) did not design sun attenuation such as use of sun shading devices. I suppose many people just don’t care about this because they resort to air conditioning. So pathetic when we are facing all sorts of environmental problems. It is not a question of able to pay for the bills but living more responsibly. The architect and the developer can do much to contribute to living comfort without air conditioning, in short going green in design.

Tower 1 and Tower 2 position are side by side, not front and back. Show unit opens daily for viewing.

The walkway between both towers wet and slippery when rain. Developer needs to do something about it before any accident. Left my contact detail with PPC, let’s form community WhatsApp group to work together.

Moved in after Christmas. Probably the first owner-occupier. There are 2 more units occupied.
One of the water heater in our unit does not work and I guess you only find out after electricity is connected. Gym is well equities but haven’t tried yet. No BBQ installed yet. I have some minor issues with my interior decorator but it has nothing to do with the developer. Also, the toilet roll holder in the main en-suite was installed at a awkward site making it near impossible to put a toilet roll in. A different holder were installed in the other 2 bathrooms.
Agreed with TLB, we should form a what’s app group. View from my balcony I cannot fault.

It is not working yet and needed to be set up properly so that one can contact the security at the entrance etc. it could theoretically control the light or aircon unit if it is set up ( via internet I presume). The IT people was supposed to come on Monday last week but cancelled and has not made another appointment.
Last week, while we were walking on level 1 towards the lift to the car park, my 7 years old grandson slipped on the gloss tile ( it has been raining and as TLB mentioned earlier)
Luckily, no damage done but for an elderly it might have resulted in broken bones.
Certainly the area covered with gloss tiles can become very slippery if rain falls on them.
I am going to set up a what’s app page. Will let you know the detail once it is done.
