Machang bubuk. 1175sqft, 1370 sqft and 1617sqft. I just asked for 1370sqft type.. start with 411k. Each floor add 1k. Management Fee RM0.12/sqft. For 1370sqft type abt RM180/mth after add in sinking fund.
