Layout not ok, toilet next to main door. Praying altar no place put
External looks shop lot or small scale factory (SMI). Internal layout not so practical, waste spaces, living, dining, master bedroom too large but other rooms areas so small. Only 4 bedrooms instead usually 5 -6 for 3ST.
3 out of 4 rooms is afternoon sun direction….will it be too hot if without air con?
how much is the maintenance fees?
I visited the sales office today and was told 8units have sold..
is spa & loan free? gt any rebate?

Semi D is consider selling at below market price, but i really like the design just i cant afford for this little toys….hahahaha
1.4mil for a semi D is really worth for the price furthermore this is new and completion on 2017. Too bad I have same condition like you.. hahaha
heard maintenance fees based on build up? should be >Rm500/month?
very cheap for a semi-d this size. However the uncoventional front side back design, no front gate allowed(strata) ,high maint fee & only max 3cars allowed(if i remember correctly) can be a turn-off.
