The third phase of the Queens Waterfront development by Ideal Property Group (also known as Q3), situated near Queensbay in Penang. Positioned strategically on reclaimed seafront land directly opposite Queensbay Mall, it’s an expansion of the successful Q1 and Q2. The new phase of development will introduce another 532 residential units, offering a choice of five different layouts ranging from 950 sq.ft. to 1,400 sq.ft.

In fact this is the only project which is truly premium luxury community & neighborhood could be found in southern Penang.
Those nearby new projects were just trying to follow as benchmark, but couldn’t come close.
Superb project in such a wonderful prime location.
Expect price to shoot up since branded residence & 5 stars hotel just next of it.

Even Quaywest & Clovers, developer r still struggling to sell till today’s v their left over units. Ask owners of tis projects, even titles cannot b obtain after 8 years, anyone dare to purchase tis developer project anymore? Don b a paid lier here, everyone noe 2 of u d, out to promote n defend AG in all forum.

Subsale price drop to 800k already. It shows that no purchasers. You image The Zen manage to transact at 650k but this project drag down to 800k..

All Asia Green projects are AMAZING. All other projects are bad.
