    What is relation of Q1/2/3 with PIX1? Pier is very much better than those.
    Location/ price/view all are great

    Both are totally a different product & market. I believe Queens residence is a millionaire mansion but definitely not this project at Bayan baru. Lol.

    not cheap and totally bare unit even have to hack the wall and install own aircond piping for inverter aircond
