I drop the purphase after visiting the show room & understand the master plan. It’s a very huge master plan. I prefer to wait a little bit more development before get into this market. Currently the condition is quite dusty & new project launching everywhere in Island. The rented market is quite challenging since all high rise around. So, just wait & see before entering.

Concern on maintenance fee? Come on man. Just merely few cent.
concern is our BMW 7 series able to park or not in the lot.
1000 units will launch next of Maris 2026. So, don’t think appreciation is good since over supply unit.
better buy landed

I have many collection. Landed & condo are different.
You have extra space in landed but no view & facilities.
Most of rich people will have landed even few banglo but condo is just a holiday home for collection.
If the carpark space & ramp not congested then no issue.
