Great progress. That’s the reason why I choose over The light city compare to Queens waterfront.
IJM definitely more dedicated than Ideal in building a new township success.
The facade looks so dense if vs other projects at Penang World City
@LL
Absolutely. And the building directly next to the mall & couldn’t imagine how’s condition later when traffic jam & the waste/oily smell from restaurant later.
I was wondering if this is suitable for own stay later as so many fly over here & that with heavy traffic flow everyday Infront of condo. If for invest definitely plenty of choice..
@Batu Lawan
if for invest definitely go for the other projects in Penang World City. I already have offer for my units there but I’m not letting go
This project is next to the highway.. always jam
@Minion
Actually all projects along that stretch of highways have the same problem, including Queens, Gold Coast, Zen, SummerPlace etc.
@cheong
Different. If you talking about Condo near by highway & noise then Zen/The light will be same fate. You go visit Waterside residence & it’s non stop highway traffic sound.
If you talk about super traffic jam & flow then I will say The light is the massive impacted. The traffic double is triple times than those listed. Summer place/Queens/Gold coast are very peaceful & better than The light. If you stay then you may understand what I mean. You may put a big no if go for The light. As of investment now you should think twice..
@cheong
leave Zen out because Zen is nearer versus the rest and the infrastructure is well designed and at a distance to mall. Jam will not be a problem
