There are affordable houses for real. The overhang also is real.
Just they can’t accept the fact that the property they favor is not affordable.
Want cheap, but still want choosy. The government only can ensure you got a roof to stay, not guarantee walking distance to McD or nearby Pasar and secondary school.
Obviously, Penangites are not too poor for the house, just not rich enough for a dream house. Kinda a luxury problem if you compare it to Hong Kong.

We heard the starting price is from RM400K and above!

RM460k price tag is a quite steep given the location against other affordable projects such as Z. 460k is not really a price easily affordable by many

Walk-in to developer office can direct obtain “special express form” at extra 10% cost only.

Can you explain why the property only can resell at 150k-300k? The location is nearer to Sunshine shopping mall and easy access to LCE highway via express link, I’m not agent or developer but i feel this can be 2nd Jelutong which located at Penang central.

Yes. I visited the site before. It just less then 2mins to enter the flyover of express link to LCW highway. The 150k and 300k are state list price. You have to Contact their agent to know more. The 460k is public units. Did you know this from agent?
