The taller the more floors water leakages. Many buyers are “initially ignorant” to that problem !

Not sure ever since when, the property has been hugely advertised with the higher the better, price also higher if you stay higher.
Only those who stayed high floor know the problem of a property if too high in all aspects.
@Islander The density per acre was increased to 87units from 30 units in 2010. Yet again, it increased to 128 in 2016 and some “special cases” – 180 ! Now ? Free flow ?

Next time no need to advertise walking distance to nearby McD or 7-Eleven already should say the elevator distance is only 50 floors because the exit from the property itself already takes 20 minutes.
